These terms are an agreement between you and Krishium Labs (krishiumlabs.in), who make and publish Krishium. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Krishium Labs. By tapping “Start” at the end of setup, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app is
A free app that shows APMC market-yard prices published by the government, along with weather forecasts, farm news, and information about crops and government schemes. Krishium is not a government app and is not connected with any APMC or any government department.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older to use the app.
Prices are a guide
Prices come from market yards through the government’s daily market report, which we add to the app manually several times a day. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a yard or a whole day may be missing. Always confirm the price at the yard before you sell. Trends, sell-or-wait hints and the calculator describe past prices; they are not predictions or advice.
Your decisions are yours
You decide whether, when and where to sell, sow or spray. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from a decision made using the app, or from prices, forecasts or information in it being late, incomplete or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, for loss we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Weather, news, guides and schemes
Weather forecasts come from Open-Meteo.com, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, and can be wrong. News headlines come from Google News and belong to the publishers who wrote them; we do not write, check or stand behind them. Crop guides are general information drawn from the public sources each guide names; they are not a substitute for advice from your KVK or agriculture officer. Before using any pesticide or fertiliser, follow its label and the approvals of the Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee (CIB&RC). Scheme details change; what the official site says is what counts.
Notifications and price alerts
Price reminders, weather updates and warnings, and the price alerts you set are a help, not a promise: they can arrive late or not at all — for example when the phone is offline, saving battery, or has notifications turned off, or when prices were not added in time. Do not rely on them alone.
Links to other sites
Some buttons open other sites, such as news stories, Windy weather maps or official scheme pages. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Using the app fairly
Do not misuse the app or its data: no copying it with programs or scripts, no reselling it, and no interfering with the service. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Ads
The app is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. We do not stand behind any ad: any deal is between you and the advertiser. An advertising enquiry you send us is only a request: nothing is agreed until we confirm it in writing.
The service, as it is
We provide the app free and “as is”. We try to keep it working and its prices up to date, but we do not promise that it will always be available, on time, free of errors or right for any particular purpose. We may change, pause or stop any part of it.
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as a government feed or another service being down, network or power failures, natural disasters, or orders of an authority.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time, and erase your data in Settings → Delete my data. We may stop providing the app to you if you break these terms, or stop the app altogether. The parts of these terms about responsibility, ownership, the law and the courts still apply after that.
Our name and content
The Krishium name, logo and design, and the text we wrote for the app, belong to Krishium Labs. Market prices are public government data. News headlines and stories belong to their publishers. Weather data belongs to Open-Meteo.com and is credited under its licence. The sources of each crop guide are named in the guide.
Your data
How your data is used, and your rights over it, are in the Privacy notice, also published at app.krishiumlabs.in/privacy.html. We never sell your personal data.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Each version of the terms has its number and the date and time it was published, shown under the title. When a new version changes your rights or obligations, the app tells you what changed and asks you to read and accept it before you carry on. The same terms are published at app.krishiumlabs.in/terms.html.
If part of these terms is invalid
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
Language
These terms are written in English and Gujarati. If the two ever differ, the English version applies.
Law, courts and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, alone decide any dispute about them or the app, without taking away any right you have under consumer protection law to go to a consumer commission. If you have a complaint, email us first at krishiumlabs@gmail.com, and we will try to put it right. Suggestions about the app are welcome through “Send feedback” in Settings.
